What is supported and what is not?
Suitable Control Panel Programmers
In this package, we support the control panels cPanel, Directadmin, Plesk, and Webmin. In this plan, we do support servers without a control panel as well.
Support for Operating Systems.
We support all Linux and Unix operating systems, including RHEL, Centos, Ubuntu, Debian, Cloudlinux, BSD, and others. In this plan, we do support Windows operating systems as well.
We Guarantee a 30 minute response time.
Following the submission of your support request to the appropriate department, you will receive the ticket response in 30 minutes.
Account Transfer Based On Each Ticket
It is a per-ticket basis for this plan. Therefore, each account transfer will be treated as a separate request for support.
Installation of the Control Panel and initial setup
Since it is a per-issue based plan, installation and initial setup services for the control panel are not included in this plan. This is going to be billed hourly.
Services For Server Hardening And Security
Services relating to server security are not included in this package. This plan is issue-based. These inquiries will incur an hourly fee.
