Message discarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This happens either because bulk emailing or spamming from the sender domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The server automatically adds the domain to ON HOLD list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To lift this suspension, run below command in ssh as root:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">[root@host \/]# <strong>whmapi1 unsuspend_outgoing_email user=cpaneluser<\/strong><br>\u2014<br>metadata:<br>command: unsuspend_outgoing_email<br>reason: OK<br>result: 1<br>version: 1<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes the email got bounced back with the below error:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Domain example.com has an outgoing mail hold. Message will be reattempted later<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Run the below command to remove the mail hold from the user:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">[root@host \/]# <strong>whmapi1 release_outgoing_email user=cpaneluser<\/strong>\n---\nmetadata:\n  command: release_outgoing_email\n  reason: OK\n  result: 1\n  version: 1<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>OR grep the cPanel username\/email address and if found remove it from the following files:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">\/etc\/outgoing_mail_hold_users \n\/etc\/outgoing_mail_suspended_users <\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Once done, restart the Exim service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s all.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On cPanel server, some times when user tries to send email, he\/she gets bounce back as below: ** test@gmail.com F=&lt;cpaneluser@host.abc.com&gt; R=enforce_mail_permissions: Domain abc.com has an outgoing mail suspension.
