{"id":2750,"date":"2020-02-19T18:28:42","date_gmt":"2020-02-19T12:58:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.24x7serversupport.com\/blog\/?p=2750"},"modified":"2020-02-19T18:28:46","modified_gmt":"2020-02-19T12:58:46","slug":"issues-installing-softaculous","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.24x7serversupport.com\/blog\/issues-installing-softaculous\/","title":{"rendered":"Issues installing softaculous"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>When installing Softaculous from WHM, you will receive error as below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Site error: the file \/usr\/local\/cpanel\/whostmgr\/docroot\/cgi\/softaculous\/enduser\/main\/functions.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is because Ioncube loader is not installed\/enabled on the server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enable it, login to your WHM as root.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access option Server Configuration &gt;&gt; Tweak Settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the PHP tab look for \u201c<strong>cPanel PHP loader<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the radio button which says Ioncube.
